A breakaway from our core theme of west coast US style brews here with a high fermentation temperature Norwegian Kveik ale yeast. A super fresh, super clean base flavour creates a perfect stage for the big aroma New Zealand dry hop!
This 5.7% XPA goes down like a session - roll on summer.
The first variation in our twin beer special. This batch was separated into two vessels after the boil phase and then fermented with two different yeast strains and dry hops to create two very different beers from the same wort. Order was fermented with the Lallemand x Verdant IPA yeast to create a juicy apricot flavour and colour from the malt, which then gives way to the huge double dry hop of Motueka and Amarillo yielding floral and tropical citrus aromas.
The second variation in our twin beer special. This batch was separated into two vessels after the boil phase and then fermented with two different yeast strains and dry hops to create two very different beers from the same wort. Chaos was fermented with a Kveik yeast to create lemon and straw flavours and colours from the malt, which then give way to the huge double dry hop of Citra and Mosaic yielding mango, stone fruit and bubblegum.
